Problem
DeepSolar is a data-intensive web application and our users feel lost within all the information and insights presented on the platform. Users struggle to process the data and properly manage their issues.
Solution
Finding the core of DeepSolar and leading our users through the system. Focusing on “Plant Insights” as our main suggested solution while providing a step-by-step action plan to fix the plant’s problems.
About the process
Discovery
We started by collecting feedback from customers. We continued by defining our 3 main persona, decided to focus on a specific one and defined their goals.
Design process
In my process I focused on creating a user flow that would be easy and intuitive. I changed the layout of the main page in order to highlight the important imformation, and created a new sub-page that was actionable and led users to do a further investigation.
